Charnell Kainoa. A very happy mother of one, 4 year old daughter Carlyann Kainoa. Mommies spoiled little girl. Married of 9 years to her wonderful husband and her true supporter David “Lui” Kainoa. Charnell has been with Cutter Team since 1995, starting as a part-time receptionist eventually working her way into the Service Department. As a Service Cashier in 1998 Charnell had the cash register well balanced. She then worked her way up as a Service Dispatcher, dispatching the daily work load among tested Technicians. In 2004 Charnell accepted the offer of becoming a Service Consultant and accelerated with achievements. One, of few to be awarded a Master Service Consultant and Guild award with outstanding excellence in Customer Service. Charnell has always enjoyed work (sometimes too much) her passion and dedication clearly shows her accomplishments and success of the Service Department. She loves her Country Music and watching ghost whispers. Most importantly to Charnell is spending every bit of time with Carlyann. Levi Kunukai, Service Consultant with Cutter Pontiac Buick GMC Mazda of Waipahu. With over 8 years with the Cutter Team and a transfer from our Sales staff to Service. Levi, brings product knowledge to the table. A certified GM and Mazda Consultant, his experience with these products makes things easier to understand. Levi has been given the nickname her at Cutter G/M Mazda “Mr. Aloha” and thats exactly who he is. A father of 2 Levi says “his sons (like every parent experiences) is his world” with a busy schedule Levi makes sure he spends every free time available with his sons. He enjoys bodyboarding, bodysurfing and coaching his sons baseball team. He says its exciting because Footballs around the corner. Levi loves his local music, foods and pleasure time. He’s a graduate of Nanakuli High School and at times will reminisce of his high school days…
